Collaboration is the heart of effective instructional design. I work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure the learning content is impactful, relevant, and creates successful educational experiences.
Video scripting
My video script includes both audio information along with interactions and animation information needed for developers. I have designed and developed videos in several authoring tools including Camtasia and Adobe Premiere Pro.

This outline includes Rise interactions along with text and imagery information. I have designed and developed online training in several authoring tools including Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Powtoon, and Camtasia.

New Year’s tradition and cultural celebration varies around the world including the date of the celebration. This diversity training will highlight traditions around the globe including Chinese Lunar New Year and Songkran.

How to Develop a Performance Improvement Plan
This microlearning course includes key information a mock company needs in order to write a Performance Improvement Plan. Rise was chosen as the preferred authoring tool of that company.
A Guide to Workplace Integrity
In this Rise course, I started with an existing template, leveraged MS Copilot to rephrase some content. I wrote some of the content as well. Then, I tailored the information to align with a mock company’s standards.

This Rise course highlights key components companies should follow to foster a creative culture. The authoring tool Rise was chosen for the interactions and speed of development.
